Do you have any mobile homes for rent?No. All mobile homes are owner-occupied or on a rent credit (rent-to-own) program. Rentals are not allowed, to help ensure the quality of the community.
Do you have any mobile homes for sale?Yes. You can click here for a current list.
How much is lot rent and what does that include?Monthly lot leases are $495 for single-wide homes, $515 for double-wide homes. All utilities are the responsibility of the mobile home owner. RV's pay $495/month.
What is required to live at Royal Estates Mobile Home Park?At application, prospective tenants must provide a security deposit in the amount of one months rent, plus a full criminal and credit background check. Everyone over the age of 17 must complete a background check.

Are children allowed?Yes. Not only are children welcome, we are minutes from all of the local schools.
Are animals allowed?Yes. You may have up to two (2) animals, each weighing 30 pounds or less.
What is the local school district?Our children attend schools in the coveted Turner School District. Click here for more information.
Who maintains the yards?Tenants are responsible for the upkeep of their own yard, trees, bushes, etc. The park staff maintains all common areas.
